Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before your order ships, as each piece is carefully handcrafted.
Custom Orders: I love creating personalized, custom pieces! If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss your vision, timeline, and pricing.
Please note that custom orders require additional processing time and are made specifically for you - they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notice - September 2026: Orders placed between September 6th through September 30th, 2026 will begin fulfillment the week of October 6th. Thank you so much for your patience - your order is worth the wait! heart 💛
Shipping Times (once fulfilled):
- US Standard: 3-7 business days
- US Expedited: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Il Piccolo Studio di Maria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
Damages & Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com within 5 days with a photo of the item and the packaging.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
