Processing Times We strive to get your orders on their way as quickly as possible.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom & Embroidered Items: Since these are handmade to order, please allow [30] business days for production before shipment. This might vary depending on quantities or designs.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Il Piccolo Studio di Maria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.


Damages & Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
