Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Timeline: Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Fees: For "change of mind" returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original state.


Non-Returnable Items: All sales are final for the following items (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

* Custom or personalized orders.

* Handmade embroidery items.

* Items on sale.

* Gift cards.


Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or missing, contact us immediately at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com with a photo of the product. You have 7 days from delivery to file a claim for a replacement or resolution.


Shipping & Delivery

Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is misdelivered or returned due to an inaccurate address, a full refund or replacement is not guaranteed.

Carriers: We use USPS/UPS. Delivery times vary based on location, weather, and seasonal volume.
