Please contact us at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com within 5 days of delivery if you have had any issues with shipping.

Otherwise all items are considered final sale.


Non-Returnable Items: All sales are final for the following items.

* Custom or personalized orders.

* Handmade embroidery items.

* Items on sale.

* Gift cards.


Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or missing, contact us immediately at info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com with a photo of the product. You have 7 days from delivery to file a claim for a replacement or resolution. Please be aware that because all the items are handmade little imperfections are expected.

These are handmade items, and slight imperfections are to be expected.

Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is misdelivered or returned due to an inaccurate address, a full refund or replacement is not guaranteed.
