Where is my order?

Orders begin fulfillment within 2-3 days of the order being placed, if the item is in stock, if the item is out of stock please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as we handmade everything in our store, for items made in my studio and depending on the size of the order. Custom orders can take up to 5 weeks to be completed. Shipping time can take three business days if the shipping is in the US. We currently do not ship outside of the US, but we hope to be able to do so in the near future, so stay tuned!

How is the embroidery done?

Our pieces are all handcrafted, we do not use embroidery machines at all as we believe in bringing the art of embroidering organically. The fabric we use is 100% linen or cotton and in some cases, there is a mix of 80% linen and 20% cotton.

How the scrapbooking is done?

We use a variety of archival papers, size 12x12 for the background. We also print on vellum paper for transparencies accents. We can add a mini accordion album to the pages, we scan your pictures and send the originals back to you. You tell us what you might like in terms of layouts or any ideas you might have and we will work together to design something suitable to your expectations. The possibilities are endless, we require your email address so we can communicate effectively and a mock of the work is sent to you electronically for you to review before proceeding to ship your order.

How we do our journals or albums?

We currently have a selection of journals in different sizes and the albums are 12x12 but can be customized to 8x11. We use just the finest paper for the covers and booth cloth from Germany for the spines.

How large my order can be?

You decide the quantity of your order if the order exceeds 12 pieces the price might vary. The timeframe for delivery as well. 

Are the art pieces on the site always going to be available?

It depends. Our original will always be limited edition, although we make additional runs of a specific work, depending on the size of the order. We will try to always add different pieces of art to our site so please sign-up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest developments!

Why did my discount code not work?

Discount codes cannot be combined, so check to make sure you haven't already applied one to your order. If you have not applied any code and it still is not working please contact info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria.com and we will look into it.

How do I request a refund?

If you receive a damaged product(s), you can return it within 14 days since the day you got it/them. A picture of the product(s) will need to be sent to us as well, will process a refund if the order is not a custom one and only if we believe the order is indee damaged. You can email the picture to info@ilpiccolostudiodimaria. Please note that custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

What do I do about a lost order?

If you never received your products, you have 14 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered. So please make sure to indicate a correct shipping address or make sure that someone (like a concierge, if you leave in a building) can sign to receive the package.
